Luisa Fresno Growing up in France and Spain and living in several countries, Luisa enjoyed different places and cultures from an early age. After working in Geneva, Switzerland, she was looking for a major change in her life – and decided to travel the world.
Luisa set foot on her yoga path in Wellington, New Zealand, where she stayed in the Bhakti Lounge and experienced life in the ashram. In Australia, she spent time in different yoga communities and completed her Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in the Krishna yoga eco-village where she spent several months living in an organic farm. She experienced her first Vipassana Meditation in the Blue Mountain.
Her journey brought her to Mysore, India, where she practiced Ashtanga Mysore style with Saraswathi Pattabhi Jois and completed her Ashtanga teacher training in Rishikesh. In Nepal, she realized different meditation courses and retreats and spent time in a Buddhist monastery, from where she set out for a long trekking in the Himalaya.
Back in Europe, Luisa moved to Berlin. After one year of baby break, she is passionate to get fully back on her yoga path and share her experiences from around the world.
