Lisa completed a 4-month yoga apprenticeship with Sandra Gerhard (PRACTICE YOGA) in Berlin and will also complete her 300h teacher training here in 2023.
She has been practicing Jivamukti and Ashtanga yoga regularly since 2016.
Lisa's classes are challenging and connect each asana through conscious breathing. After a short meditation or breathing exercise, you can let your practice be accompanied by a finely selected
playlist and then start the day calm and invigorated.
