Katharina studied Health Management and is certified as a systemic coach. She worked in different fitness institutions from total beginners to professionals and provided all kinds of workouts as functional training, deep work, cardio to back gymnastic and relaxation. Her goal is that everyone finds joy in movement and gets energized during the class with a lot of fun and ease. In the last years she focused on mindfulness and yoga and is a passionate practitioner by herself. Keeping balance between body and mind. She gets curious about everything artsy, psychological which helps people to connect with themselves and others. Her classes are centered between high intense cardio stuff and sensitive relaxing movements so everybody can explore their inner yin and yang.

 

She is currently doing a vinyasa yoga teacher training and found her love in deep diving into a Kundalini practice.
