Ranging from Yoga to acrobatics, Mia’s life started revolving around movement 10
years ago. She spontaneously discovered Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga through her
climbing. This was soon followed by fully engaging into the Acroyoga world and
training.
Through this she continued to immerse herself into developing her handstand
practice and all kinds of explorative movement arts she could get herself into.
In Thai massage and Wuo Tai bodywork she found a good balance between training
and being physically active.
After years of traveling and organizing movement related events and retreats, she
found her base in Berlin, where she is teaching handstands, Acroyoga, and
functional movement.
In her life, as in her practice, she believes in playfulness, smart progressions,
patience, and building confidence; she shares this through spreading Acroyoga,
handstands, bodywork, smiles, questions, inappropriate comments, and
lightheartedness.
She found her purpose in helping others to discover possibilities that everybody has
stored in their body and mind.
