Grace has been exploring movement and dance since she was three years old. She discovered Yoga as the bridge between body and mind and has been teaching since 2015. She is 500YTTC Yoga Alliance
certified with 1000+ hours of experience.
Grace has a background in strict disciplines from Ballet to Ashtanga, but she sees yoga as a unique practice, individual to each practitioner, and teaches from a variety of inspirations,
always with a large helping of JOY. She intends to create a safe space for you to take what you need; sometimes to get sweaty, sometimes to get still and always to gain understanding.
Her classes are supported by a carefully curated soundtrack and are intended to inspire your curiosity and expand your realms of possibilities by centring the mind with the body.
