I Got Your Back Workout

Based on professional expertise in physical therapy and inspired by dance and martial arts training – this workout is designed for a healthy back. The carefully selected exercises aim to counteract unvaried movement patterns of our daily lives. This class will teach you which exercises are good for your back, how to bring your body into alignment and harmonize muscle imbalances. From active mobilisation techniques, to core training, strength and stretching exercises – you’ll find a good mix to move your spine thoroughly, with a little sweat and some bass fueled music.
