Expect creative sequencing, including sun salutations, strength building and balancing. Mindful alignment cues and adaptations and options will be offered to help students understand and engage
their own bodies more skillfully and consciously.
A uniquely curated musical soundtrack will accompany and support the class journey, which will wind down with juicy restorative poses and a rejuvenating shavasana.
