Soulful Ashtanga Flow is a fusion of Ashtanga Yoga Primary and Secondary Series mixed together with other classical Hatha Yoga Postures. With the primary focus on the breath and the bandhas, the
class starts with sun salutations, proceeds into the strengthening standing postures, peaks at the balancing pose of the day, before moving to the floor with the series of forward or back-bends,
hip-openers, or arm balances.
A closing sequence, an inversion, and a short pranayama session complete the class before the final relaxation. Anastasia's Soulful Ashtanga Flow is a very focused, strengthening, yet pleasantly
relaxing practice without music, just the hypnotic sound of the breath and the count.
