The Gentle Vinyasa flows are calm, meditative and slowed down.
The class starts with Pranayama and moves to a soulful warm up of the body, followed by a Gentle Vinyasa Flow. The class is held in a calm and slower pace to understand the way the body moves, to
feel the benefits of each asana and to reconnect with body, mind and soul. The concludes her class with a Meditation.
