Ashtanga is a yoga practice synchronizing breath and movement in order to produce an internal heat, designed to purify, build up core strength and enable body flexibility. The established
sequences have the power to open and calm the mind, gaining a direct experience of the inner self.
Beginners are encouraged and motivated to start their journey guided by a teacher. It is a guided yoga class going through a selection of postures from the first series, giving guidance for
practitioners to find their own rhythm, building strength and flexibility.
