With Hi!Yoga we wish to create an environment in which everyone can feel welcome, with enough space for you to safely and comfortably practice in. This dance class with Viviann combines the most important characteristics of belly dance with a contemporary approach in a mixture of practice and theory. You will learn moves of Egyptian folklore in combination with sticks, veils or cymbals and deal with music and sound in belly dance.

Isabel's Hatha Flow class is suitable for all levels. This class playfully mixes classical Hatha yoga asana practice in Iyengar tradition with modern and powerful vinyasa combinations.
